Good Medicine
Fauna was bouncing around this evening, going all nutso, and I just couldn't take it anymore, so I decided to give her a dramamine, but I couldn't just give her a simple pill because Raible came a-calling when I mentioned the word "medicine."
Raible is the only dog I've ever met that actually likes taking medicine. It excites her. I couldn't give Fauna something to help calm her down until Raible had her fix, too. She jumped up and put both paws on me saying, "I like medicine."
We usually have the Quiet Moments, but we haven't bought any for a while, but it doesn't matter. Medicine is synonymous with "goodie" (which is what we normally call the dog treats).
Sometimes medicine is the most exciting thing to happen in our house.
